Inclusion and Support Service

Specialist support service for children attending Foundation Stage 1 to end of Year 2 for children accessing mainstream schools.

We support children whose primary area of need is Communication and Interaction. Children suitable for our service would typically fall within Interactive or Communicative stages, if they have a Speech and Language communication plan. If schools are using HET Fundamentals of Learning assessment tool, children suitable for our service would typically fall within Social or Language Partner stages.

We believe that early intervention and providing the right level of support at the right time, provides more opportunities to enabled children to develop within their social communication and often remain in mainstream primary schools.
