Our Inclusion Support Service

We believe that collaboration creates genuine civic benefit and amplifies positive impact
Through the Outreach Partnership led by Hull City Council, we are building a system in which high‑quality, inclusive support is a foundation for every child. This collaborative approach ensures meaningful, impactful support for children and young people in mainstream settings, achieving more collectively than any of us could alone.
Our Inclusion Support Service Early Communication Team is led by highly experienced and knowledgeable staff. This team provides targeted early intervention for children from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 2 who have been identified with speech, language and communication needs. We believe that early intervention and providing the right level of support at the right time, provides opportunities to enable children to develop their social communication, access purposeful and meaningful learning and succeed in mainstream primary schools.
Through strategic alignment and a shared vision, Humber Education Trust, Hull City Council and partners are helping to transform Hull’s educational landscape.
