Tweendykes School Celebrates Outstanding Apprentice Achievements

Huge congratulations to all!

Tweendykes School is proud to celebrate the exceptional success of four of its apprentices, Chandni Kobir, Chloe Barrass, Evie Dales and Maddison Crooks, who have all achieved distinctions in their Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship.

The Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship is designed to develop a comprehensive range of knowledge, skills and professional behaviours. Apprentices benefit from structured learning through carefully planned lessons at the beginning of the programme, alongside ongoing assignments that contribute to a robust portfolio of evidence. These academic elements are complemented by valuable hands-on experience, gained under the guidance and mentorship of experienced teaching staff. Apprentices are graded at pass, merit or distinction level in each element, making the achievement of distinction across the board a significant accomplishment.

All four individuals demonstrated exceptional commitment, resilience and dedication throughout the course, making a meaningful contribution to the school community and to the pupils they support. Headteacher Yvonne Briggs shared her pride in their achievements:

“A huge well done to Chandni, Chloe, Evie and Maddison for achieving distinctions in their Level 3 apprenticeships. You have made such a difference to our wonderful pupils and we are so proud of how you have developed into fabulous Teaching Assistants and much valued colleagues. Thanks also to our brilliant Deputy Headteacher, Andrea Powell, who has supported and mentored all four apprentices, helping them to achieve such amazing results. The Tweendykes family are so proud of you all.”

We join in celebrating this fantastic achievement and extend our warmest congratulations. We wish them every success as they continue their careers and are confident they will make a lasting impact in education.
